Essential Educational Qualifications

1. Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (E1)

• Master’s degree from a recognized Indian University in Hindi with English as an elective subject OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as an elective subject.
• Minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in terminology/translation work or technical/scientific literature in Govt./PSU.

2. Junior Engineer (Civil)

• Full-time 3-year regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt./Govt. recognized institutes with at least 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Note: Higher technical qualification such as B.Tech/B.E. without a Diploma is not acceptable.

3. Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• Full-time 3-year regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS) and 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).
• Electrical discipline includes Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power/ Power Systems/ Power Engineering.
• Higher technical qualification without a Diploma not allowed.

4. Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

• Full-time 3-year regular Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automation Engineering with 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS) and 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).
• Higher technical qualification without Diploma not allowed.

5. Junior Engineer (Electronics & Communication)

• Full-time 3-year regular Diploma in Electronics & Communication/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Power Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation with 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS) and 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).
• Higher technical qualification without Diploma not allowed.

6. Supervisor (IT)

• Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ Level course OR 3-year Diploma in Computer Science/IT OR BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) from Govt./Govt. recognized Institutes with 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age (as on last date of application): 30 Years
• Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD as per Government norms.

Salary Details

• Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (E1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)
• All Junior Engineer & Supervisor Posts (S1): ₹29,600 – ₹1,19,500 (IDA)
