Educational Qualification
- Architecture: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and registration with the Council of Architecture.
- Civil Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Electronics: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunication / Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
- Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech in CS/CE/IT/Electronics or MCA.
Candidates must have valid GATE scores (2023, 2024, or 2025) in the relevant discipline
Age Limit (as on 27.09.2025)
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
- AAI Employees: Up to 10 years
Salary & Benefits for Airports Authority of India Recruitment
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (E-1 Level, IDA)
- CTC: Approx. ₹13 lakhs per annum
- Includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, 35% Perks, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical Benefits
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting based on GATE scores (2023, 2024, 2025).
- Application Verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Final Merit List prepared based on GATE scores.
- In case of tie: Higher GATE score → Older candidate → Higher marks in qualifying degree
For Junior Executive (Electronics), candidates must execute a Surety Bond of ₹7 lakhs to serve AAI for at least 3 years after training.
