- Department of Computer Applications
Subjects & Requirements:
- Indian Knowledge System (Theory) – 2 Credit Hours – 90 Students – 1 Faculty
- Computer Organization (Theory) – 4 Credit Hours – 39 Students – 1 Faculty
- Software Engineering (Theory) – 4 Credit Hours – 39 Students – 1 Faculty
Essential Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/BS and ME/M.Tech/MS or Integrated M.Tech in a relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees,
OR - B.E./B.Tech and MCA with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees,
OR - Graduation (3 years) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and MCA with First Class or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience after MCA.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Information Technology/Computer Science or any relevant branch of Science/Engineering.
- Research/Teaching/Industry experience.
- NET/SET/GATE qualification.
- Department of Information Science – UG
Subjects & Requirements:
- Computer Fundamentals & Programming Concepts (Theory & Lab)
- Data Handling and Visualization (Theory)
- Data Structure and Algorithms (Theory & Practical)
Essential Qualification for MAKAUT Recruitment:
- NET/SET/SLET qualifications OR Ph.D. in Information Technology/Computer Science & Engineering with B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. and ME/M.Tech in a relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees and a good academic record.
Desirable:
- Research publications and/or teaching or industry experience.
