Educational Qualification
- JE-Mechanical: Full-time First Class Engineering Degree (Mechanical) with minimum 60% marks.
- JE-Electrical: Full-time First Class Engineering Degree (Electrical) with minimum 60% marks.
- JE-Metallurgy: Full-time First Class Engineering Degree (Metallurgy) with minimum 60% marks.
- JE-IT:
- Full-time First Class Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology OR
- First Class Master’s in Computer Application.
- JE-Finance:
- CA-Inter / CMA-Inter OR
- Two years full-time First Class MBA (Finance as core subject).
- JE-Rajbhasha:
- Two years full-time First Class Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective/medium subject OR
- Two years full-time First Class Post Graduate Degree in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective/medium subject.
Post-Qualification Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience is acceptable for most positions.
- JE-Rajbhasha requires familiarity with:
- Implementation of Government of India directives on Official Language.
- Translation of documents between Hindi and English.
- Preparation of bilingual official communications, quarterly/annual returns, and organizing Hindi workshops/seminars.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 27 years (as on 10.09.2025).
- Relaxations as per Government of India rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: As per Govt. norms.
Salary / Remuneration
- Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Contract with a consolidated monthly salary as per BEML’s rules (approx. ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month during the tenure).
