Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs XIV) to recruit Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India.

Educational Qualification
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in the local language is essential.
- Officers Scale I: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preference for candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, etc. Proficiency in the local language is required.
- Officers Scale II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and 2 years’ experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
- Officers Scale II (Specialist): Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (IT, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture, etc.) with specialization/experience as specified in the detailed notification.
- Officers Scale III: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18 to 30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21 to 32 years
- Officer Scale III: 21 to 40 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government norms (SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen, etc.).
Salary Structure
(Salaries vary depending on the RRB and scale; approximate pay scales)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): ₹15,000 – ₹31,000 per month
- Officer Scale I: ₹29,000 – ₹33,000 per month
- Officer Scale II: ₹33,000 – ₹39,000 per month
- Officer Scale III: ₹38,000 – ₹44,000 per month
