India Exim Bank Recruitment 2025: The Export-Import Bank of India (India Exim Bank), one of the country’s premier financial institutions engaged in financing and promoting India’s international trade, has released a notification for the recruitment of Officers on Contract (OC). A total of 08 vacancies are announced across different groups.

Eligibility Criteria
- Corporate Communications Group (02 posts, Mumbai)
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (as on 31.08.2025)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree or PG Diploma in Corporate Communication/Mass Communication/Advertising/Journalism or related fields (min. 50% marks).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in media, PR, corporate communications, or advertising agency.
- Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Compliance (02 posts, Mumbai)
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering OR Postgraduate in Management/Environmental Sciences.
- Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk (CFA/GARP), or GHG Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation/Post-Graduation.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience (including 1 year in ESG risk assessment/mitigation). Finance experience preferred.
- Infrastructure Group – Project Management (04 posts; New Delhi: UR-3, OBC-NCL-1)
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with minimum 50% marks. Postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement, project formulation/management/monitoring in Civil, Power, Railways, Roads, Ports, or similar sectors.
Salary and Benefits
- Minimum CTC: ₹14.32 lakh per annum (for candidates with 1 year relevant experience).
- Pay Structure: Fixed (80%) + Variable (20%) based on performance.
- Contract Duration: Initially 3 years, extendable up to 5 years based on performance.
