ECIL Recruitment 2025: Hyderabad, September 2025 – The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a leading Miniratna (Category-I) PSU under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has announced recruitment for 412 ITI Trade Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The apprenticeships will be offered at ECIL Hyderabad with training commencing from 01 November 2025.

A total of 412 seats are available across multiple trades:
- Electronics Mechanic – 95
- Fitter – 130
- Electrician – 61
- COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant) – 51
- Mechanic (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician) – 3
- Turner – 15
- Welder – 22
- Machinist – 12
- Machinist (G) – 2
- Painter – 9
- Carpenter – 6
- Plumber – 3
- Mechanic Draftsman – 3
Out of 412 seats, 16 seats are reserved for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have ITI Pass Certificate (NCVT) in the relevant trade.
- Qualifications should be from institutions recognized by the appropriate statutory authority.
Age Limit (as on 31.10.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age:
- General: 25 years
- OBC: 28 years
- SC/ST: 30 years
- PwD: Additional 10 years relaxation
Apprenticeship Period for ECIL Recruitment
- Duration: One year only (from 01 November 2025).
- Apprenticeship will end with the award of National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) upon successful completion and proficiency test.
Stipend / Salary
- Stipend will be paid as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) norms.
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be based on ITI marks merit.
- 70% seats reserved for Government ITI students, 30% seats for Private ITI students.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at ECIL Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be residents of Telangana State only.
- Those who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship in any Government/PSU/Private organization are not eligible.
- Candidates must produce a Police Verification Certificate and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining.
