NTPC Limited Physician Recruitment 2025: NTPC Limited, India’s largest power company, has released its recruitment notification (Advt. No. 16/25) inviting applications from qualified medical professionals to join its team. The company is hiring Specialist Doctors and GDMOs for various hospitals and projects across India.
Vacancy Details for NTPC Limited Physician Recruitment 2025
- Physician (General Medicine): 20 posts
- GDMO (General Duty Medical Officer): 70 posts
Total Vacancies: 90
Reservation of posts will be applicable as per Government of India norms (UR, EWS, OBC, SC, ST categories).
Educational Qualification
- Physician (E4 Grade): MD/DNB in General Medicine (recognized by National Medical Commission).
- GDMO (E2 Grade): MBBS degree from a recognized Institute/University (recognized by National Medical Commission).
Experience Requirement
- Physician: Minimum 1 year post-MD/DNB experience required.
- GDMO: Freshers with MBBS may apply.
Age Limit (as on last date of application)
- Upper Age Limit:
- Physician (E4 Grade): 37 years
- GDMO (E2 Grade): 30 years
- Age relaxation as per Government rules (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per norms).
Salary / Pay Scale
- Physician (E4 Grade): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (Basic Pay ₹70,000/month)
- GDMO (E2 Grade): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (Basic Pay ₹50,000/month)
Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA)/Company Accommodation, Performance Pay, Medical Facility, Group Insurance, Terminal Benefits, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
- All qualifications must be recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Candidates must be medically fit as per NTPC standards.
