Eligibility Criteria for Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment
Educational Qualification
- Ex-servicemen (retired/serving officers, or retiring shortly) from Army/Air Force/Navy.
- Should be in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent.
- Must have a 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent).
- Candidates must have secured at least PASS CLASS in the qualification.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in relevant communication, networking, and satellite communication systems.
- Experience in Microwave Communication, Fiber Optics, Satellite Communication (C-band & Ku-band), Networking, UPS/DG systems, and maintenance is desirable.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):
- UR – 50 years
- OBC (NCL) – 53 years
- SC – 55 years
Tenure of Engagement
- Initial appointment will be for 5 years, extendable up to 15 years or till the candidate attains 60 years of age (superannuation), whichever is earlier.
Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000
- Along with basic pay, selected candidates will receive:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- 35% of Basic Pay as Perquisites
- Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Performance Related Pay, Gratuity
- Medical facilities for self and dependents
