Educational Qualifications for BEML Limited Recruitment
- Candidates must possess a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks required (55% for SC/ST candidates).
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 27 years (as on closing date of application).
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years.
Salary & Benefits
- Selected candidates will undergo training as Management Trainee (Grade-II).
- Stipend during training: ₹40,000/- per month (approx).
- After successful completion, candidates will be absorbed in regular pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA pay scale) with allowances and benefits as per company rules.
