Pay Scale & Grades:
- TEGS-VI (Deputy General Manager): Age 35–55 years, Minimum 15 years of experience in officer cadre.
- TEGS-VII (General Manager): Age 38–55 years, Minimum 18 years of experience in officer cadre.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: As per post requirement; typically a graduate/postgraduate in relevant discipline with extensive experience in banking, finance, compliance, or HR.
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):
- Deputy General Manager: 35–55 years
- General Manager: 38–55 years
- Experience: Required years of post-qualification experience in the officer cadre (15 years for TEGS-VI, 18 years for TEGS-VII).
