Bharat Electronics Limited Advisor Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications from retired Government Research Laboratory officials for the post of Advisor on a temporary/contractual basis.

Vacancy Details (Bharat Electronics Limited Advisor Recruitment 2025):

Position: Advisor
Location: BEL, Bengaluru
Mode of Work: Hybrid (Minimum 8 days/month at BEL Bengaluru unit; rest from residence)

Educational Qualification:

• Mandatory: M.Tech in Electronics Engineering
• Preferred: Ph.D. in Electronics or related fields

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 62 years (as on 01.07.2025)

Work Experience:

• Minimum 20 years in Airborne Surveillance Systems
• Should have retired as Group Director / Outstanding Scientist / Associate Director or above from Government Research Labs
• Strong domain expertise in:
  • AEW&C System (Airborne and Ground Segment)
  • Primary & Secondary Radar systems
  • Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), COMJAM Aircraft Development
  • Lifecycle management: design, development, post-development, maintenance
  • Working with IAF, IN, OEMs, and regulatory bodies
  • Knowledge in Automated Test Equipment design and development

Remuneration:

• 5% increment on renewal (excluding conveyance)
• If prior pay exceeds BEL ED scale, remuneration will be based on BEL ED’s minimum basic pay

Contract Details:

• Initial Term: 1 year
• Extension: Based on performance and requirement
• Termination: One month’s notice or remuneration in lieu on either side
