Educational Qualification for Bharat Electronics Advisor Recruitment 2025:

What are the educational qualification for the engagement of BEL Advisor โ€“in detail below;

First class in B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science).
OR
First class in M.Sc. (Physics).

Essential Expertise Required โ€“

Advisor shall be a senior ISRO retired officer with 20 years of experience (or due to retire in next 4 months) having relevant experience in following areas: (For more details โ€“please click on official notification)

Age Limit:

What is the age limit for the engagement of BEL โ€“in detail below;

Upper age limit as on 01.06.2025

Salary & Benefits:

  • Project Engineerโ€‘I: โ‚น40,000 to โ‚น55,000 per month (progressive annual increments)
  • Trainee Engineerโ€‘I: โ‚น30,000 to โ‚น40,000 per month (progressive) Includes allowances, medical insurance, retention bonus, etc.

JOB ROLE (Bharat Electronics Advisor Recruitment 2025):

The Advisor for Space Program will act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic and technical guidance for spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing (AIT), including EMI/EMC analysis and testing. The advisor will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that spacecraft systems are designed, integrated, and tested to meet mission requirements and international standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Provide Expert Guidance on Mission design

  1. Participate in and provide expert recommendations during Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and Final Design Review (FDR)
  2. Ensure design compliance with space-grade standards and mission requirements
  3. Evaluation of Vendor Proposals & Technology Selection
  4. Guide the selection of components and systems based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  5. Provide recommendations for space-qualified electronic and mechanical components
  6. Advise on compatibility, redundancy, and radiation tolerance in system design
  7. Recommend improvements in spacecraft Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) processes
  8. Advise on Optimizing workflows for EMI/EMC analysis, environmental testing, and system-level validation
  9. Guidance on analyzing spacecraft test data, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions
  10. Guide teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during integration and verification
  11. Guidance on Risk identification and mitigation planning
  12. Guidance on Quality & Reliability analysis of spacecraft
  13. Provide inputs for independent technical reviews and spacecraft integration audits
  14. Support documentation and compliance for regulatory approvals
  15. Guide and mentor engineers, technicians, and project teams on space mission best practices
  16. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen in-house expertise in spacecraft development
