DRDO ISSA Paid Internship 2025: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has announced a 6-month Paid Internship at the Institute for Systems Studies and Analyses (ISSA), Metcalfe House, Civil Lines, New Delhi. This internship is designed for final-year students in engineering and science disciplines who are passionate about defence research, system analysis, and modelling.

Essential Qualification (Final Year Students Only):
Engineering Streams: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering / Allied Branches
Science Streams: M.Sc./M.Tech in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Operational Research, or Statistics
Candidates must be enrolled in full-time courses and have secured first division from a recognized Indian university/institute.
Selection Process (DRDO ISSA Paid Internship):
- Selection will be based on interviews.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- Final selection will be merit-based.

Important Guidelines:
The internship is purely temporary and does not guarantee employment in DRDO.
Stipend of ₹15,000 will be paid in two installments:
- ₹7,500 after 3 months
- ₹7,500 after 6 months
- No boarding/lodging/transportation facilities will be provided.
- Interns are subject to DRDO rules and the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Completion certificate will be issued only after successful completion of the full 6-month term.
- Misconduct, rule violation, or premature exit from the internship may lead to disqualification and withholding of certificate.
